Ramnath Jeetah Trust is a domestic charitable Trust formed on 5 November, 2003 with its official address at 51, Ebene Cybercity, Reduit. It is regulated by the Financial Services Commission (FSC).

The qualified Trustee is London Global Business Solutions Ltd.

Amongst the objects of the Trust are:

• Relief of poverty
• The advancement of education
• The protection of the environment and
• The advancement of human rights and fundamental freedoms

The Land and Building Permit for the construction of Phase 2 and Phase 3 was obtained on December 2008 from the relevant Municipality.

Phase 2 comprises of building with total surface area of 5,700 sq.m. It has two levels of parking at the basement, the ground floor and seven levels which will include classrooms, laboratories and one administrative floor.

Phase 3 which is an 18 floor building will include an office section and the construction of this building is scheduled in the coming 3 years.
